Privacy policy

Next Mission Gaming INC ("Next Mission Gaming", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else is involved.

What we collect: When you use our chat or contact form we collect the name, email address and message you give us, so we can reply. We email you a private link to follow that conversation, and a copy of each reply from our team. These emails are only about your conversation, never marketing. If you sign up for updates, we first email you a link to confirm it was you, and only send updates once you do. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. We keep a record of those conversations so our team can follow up. We don't collect anything else about you.

What we don't do: We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't use advertising trackers. No AI reads or answers your messages; a person on our team does.

Your browser: This site stores a small random code in your browser so you can come back to an open chat conversation. It isn't used for tracking and you can clear it any time by clearing site data. Event times are shown in your own time zone, which your browser reads from your device's clock settings. That happens on your device: we don't ask for or use your location, and your time zone isn't sent to us.

Services we use: Our database and file storage are provided by Supabase. The website is hosted by our web host. If our analytics are turned on, we use Plausible, which is cookieless and doesn't collect personal information. Live stream status and thumbnails come from Twitch, and the stream player loads from Twitch only when you press Watch. The event calendar is provided by Teamup and loads only after you choose to show it. Our community lives on Discord, and when you message us, our team is notified in a private staff channel there with your name and the start of your message. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.

Donors: Donor information is used only to process gifts and provide tax receipts, and is never sold or shared except as required by law.

Your choices: You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've given us, including removing you from our update emails. Contact us through the contact page or chat and we'll delete your conversations and contact details.

Children: Our community is for people 18 and older, or younger members with signed parent or guardian permission. Our services aren't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
